Unless you're using crazy 1.4v on the 4770k with fixed voltage I wouldn't worry about the cpu much assuming you have C states enabled.

I get endless errors if the oc isn't stable.

If your cards don't all overclock the same you can do them individually.

I was under the impression that a standard x1 slot could only provide at max 25w of power.

I get "exceeds warp kernel limit" with 12x32. How are you only pulling 375w at 1400? That is pretty amazing!

If you dont mind me asking, what's your config? Tried something different and got up to 560 kh/s @ 265w, its not great but it isn't awful either. I had a 750 Ti FTW in my cart but decided to wait for some results.
