The stock 60mm case fan in my HTPC case is a little too loud to sleep near, so I need to quiet this thing down. I'm thinking about picking up a 60mm to 80mm adaptor and a quieter 80mm fan. Inside the case, there's no room for this, so I'd have to mount it and the fan outside the case.

Yeah, I am definately not trying to scam Leadtek. I've seen tons of people with stock boards complain about bad capacitors, and I don't see how changing the chipset cooler could cause the problem either.
I've been using a Leadtek K7nCR18GM in my HTPC. It stopped working a while ago, and I tried everything under the sun to try to fix it. Finally, I examined the board itself and found a whole bunch of bulged and leaking capacitors. From what I've seen this happens alot.
