Yeah, I know not to buy really cheapo stuff, but this was during the Christmas season, and my wife found it on fatwallet. My first noodling around google found it averaging for $50-60 so I though I got a great deal once I read some reviews. Should have caught that it was from 2004...
You can do that, however not that most chargers for autos at ~14v. In fact, if you're car batt is at 12v, its dieing.
You can recharge it, however not sure how well or deep it will recharge as you are not charging it at 14v.
Every deep discharge, especially on standard car batteries...
