Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I hope they find a way to fix hipdi support on devices like my Lenovo Yoga 2 pro. The screen is gorgeous but it is blurry and does not scale correctly with most applications.
So if I wanted to squeeze alittle more life out of the system and upgrade the GPU, would a GTX 650 Ti Boost be a reasonable option? For $169, that seems to be a pretty good upgrade.

Edit: Maybe I could bring the CPU clock up to...
I realize the system is incredibly old and slow by today's standards (I still love her for being my first and only build). It is still reliable however. I probably wasn't clear before. By general slowdown I meant in games and newer programs. I have no problem with bootup and access speeds...
Basically, here's my situation. My main workstation is a machine I built in 2008 and have upgraded slightly since. Here are the specs.

I don't understand why people hate on The Wii U so much. It might of had a slow start but it will get better games soon. I myself believe Nintendo console games are 10x better than those on Xbox and Playstation and Nintendo doesn't care about modifications you make to your console. When it comes...
I did the same thing to one of my drives. just glued it back on and ziptied the power cord to the hard drive rack so it would stay in place. Drives been working for 2 years since the incident.
I dont think SLI should be a problem in the R4. I would check out the Fractal Design gallery over in Case Mod Gallery and look at some pictures there. Even ask people there as well.
Edit: Also here's a great review comparing the Define R4 and the 550D. I honestly don't think you can go wrong...
I see that you currently have a Cooler Master 690. I had one as well for my main rig and moved everything into the Fractal Design Define R3 that I have now and absolutely love it. Cable management is great, I think it looks great and the build quality is superb. I have even sat on the case while...
sucks that I cant play cause I cant really afford an upgrade to dx11. I'm pretty sure my gtx275 could handle mid setting fine.. Still kinda pissed at Crytek for this.
