    It will be fine. Mobo fan headers usually handle up to 1amp. the 4th wire is for pwm control, most 4 pin fans will work on 3pin headers.

    i7 Running HOT under water - is this normal?

    that's pretty high. Are you able to monitor water temprature? My 920 idles 40deg on the hottest core, water temp is 26, ambient 22. That's stock speed. Overclocked load is 57, 4.2ghz, 1.4Vcore. That's with Realtemp. Thermal paste evenly spread on the cpu?
