    Hilarious Razer Counterfeit's

Maybe the counterfeits will be better quality than the real Razer stuff, can't be much worse.

    Strange BF1 FPS issue

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately they had no impact on the issue. Only application I run is Asus AI suite for fan control, I did not have Origin in game active, but I did change Nvidia from optimal to maximum performance.

    Strange BF1 FPS issue

Prior month: Nvidia driver 375.95 Zero FPS issues running ultra settings with 1070 @ 3440x1440 60FPS (full-screen) This month: FPS dropped to 30 Updated to 376.33 and results didn't change, still @ 30FPS Changed around video settings to all low, still @ 30FPS Changed from full-screen to...

How to properly clean a monitor?

Agree with the above, there are many products that state they are monitor safe... however if you look they contain alcohol or ammonia. I learned this lesson long ago with a brand new NEC 19" CRT, the screen had a rainbow affect (removed anti reflective coating) to it after it was cleaned with a...

TKL Cherry Red with Macro Keys?

The Red Scarf 2 would suit your needs, you will have to search for one though as the last drop is over... or find a proxy and get from a Chinese website. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/red-scarf-ii-ver-b-custom-mechanical-keyboard-kit?mode=guest_open Take a trip to geekhack.com

Help me [H]ardforum, you're my only hope

Ducky Secret (larger) or Ducky Secret M (smaller) Nice PBT plastic, good sensors, no software, easily serviceable with 4 exposed screws, great tracking. The Secret M is the Best mouse I have used in years https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1964

Did I apply too much thermal paste?

Perfectly fine, everyone has their opinion on how to apply TIM... personally I just put a pea in the middle and call it good.

    Ram logo

Standoffs and all other internals should just be snug, as stated before ram will fit only one way Another tip is before completely snugging the standoffs test fit the graphic card. After you build a few it will all be second nature, then you get to learn the art of wire management.

Best Mechanical Keyboard, Money No Object?

Poker with a weighty Hammer or FMJ case, Blue or Brown switches, GMK caps Not the best for people who need a 10 key, but for all other purposes the 60% is superior in my opinion. It will take some adjusting to get used to it, but once you grasp the layers your mouse will be free to roam.

    Razer ... never again

These are the last Razer mice that were quality products Notable mentions: (no pictures didn't save them) Original Viper Original Diamondback I have tried a great number of Razer mice over the years, most recently the Razer Mamba & Mamba Tournament Ed.... they all had tracking problems with in...

4K Netflix Content Is Now Available Exclusively For Windows 10 PCs

Doesn't work using an LG 34UM95-P with the UHD plan via Edge browser which isn't quite 4k but close, only 1080 streams are what I am seeing.

Moving to a small form factor, need audio advice.

I have been using B&W MM1's for about 4 + years with an early i7 Xeon & 4790K and haven't seen any performance issues. But if your just after an amp for your headphones I agree just a USB dac will suit you fine. An AudioQuest DragonFly black is close to your price range.
