When i'm stress testing my cpu (i7 930) @ 4.2GHz on my Asus Rampage III Extreme. I see a big difference between CPU Core(1,2,3,4) temperatures measured by DTS (Digital Themal Sensor) and CPU-temperature measured by Winbond/Nuvoton W83667HG sensor.

Use CPU-Z to view memory timings. I think it is a memory frequency/timings problem. You're memory aren't capable of high frequencies, so you should make sure to set a high multiplier (x21) in order to get low memory frequencies. I haven't heard of that memory brand before, so maybe you just have...
