well, the other day i got an alert that a virus has been found.. tried to clean it out but could completely get rid of it, decided to just format since i was going to anyway.. after the format i could still detect the virus (probebely spread to other partitions) so i cleaned everything out and...

err .. what ever happend with starcraft ghost ? :confused:

well .. i've had the problem .. messed about with the drivers and all ..tried all versions ... always used driver cleaner pro when removing (in safe mode) and i still got the problem .. did a fresh install of xp sp2 + drivers (92.92's) and i still get the same issue . any other suggestions ?

well i'm pretty sure it was the infamus "nv4_disp.dll" bsod .. but i'm not 100% on that ..i'll check as soon as i get home .

well i'm using the onboard soundcard on the bad axe 2, i have been having issues with it and i'm just getting ready to get a creative extreme music + logitech z-5500 ... hope that will help .. (just thoght i'd mention it, my games never crash to desktop, i get a bsod and reset)

YES ! thats exactly my problem ! i'm getting bsod's (started a diffrent thread) and my sound is always "crackling" .. thing is i got a e6600 at stock with a antec truepower 2 550 ... could my problem be related to the psu too ? (sorry for threadjakking)

well .. before i got my crucial off ebay i had some samsung promos in there and i still had the problem ... i'm running everything on stock speeds from day one . never overclocked . still think i should try running memtest ? if so, you got any other tests i should look into ? thnx

well i got the asus EN8800gtx a month or so ago .. i got really bad performance with it .. playing fear at 1680x1050 with 8aa/16af and no soft shadows = choppy performance. i'm getting mostly high fps (i do drop to teens in oblivion) but all my games run real choppy .. all of em . i...

well my card (asus EN8800GTX) is getting hot... really really hot.. is there a cooler that could solve my problems ? i dont mind spending 100$-200$ on sometihng that would show results .. (would prefer to stay away from water cooling but .. if thats my only option i would consider in) thnx.
