Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I thought it could. If it's not, then that's fine, too. There's nothing wrong with hope. I don't know what they're going to or not going to announce.
Another site indicated that new cards won't be announced for 4 months. Oh well.
A lot of great responses here. Thanks! I did see some great deals around Christmas, but I wasn't ready to buy then. I suppose the 680 isn't that great of a deal if it's only slightly faster than a 670. I think I'll focus on a good deal on a 670.
I have only heard minor rumors about anything...
Hi all! I just received a newegg gift card, which means it's time to upgrade my video card. My system is a few years old: i7 920 OCed to 3.8Ghz, 6GB DDR3-1600, Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 mobo, EVGA GTX260, OCZ Vertex 4 128GB SSD, 1TB WD Caviar Black, etc. My monitor is a Gateway FHD2400, which is...
I love that Galaxy uses a much better cooling system on their video cards. I also like that they come with a bit of an overclock. The cards seems to get great reviews, too.
After checking out the specs of the card, I like that it has 3GB of memory and has a crazy dual fan blower on it. I bet that keeps the OCed card nice and cool. I also like that it gets near GTX 670 speeds...in theory. This would be a very nice upgrade to my 4 year old GTX 260 core 216 card...
My video card is over 4 years old. It has lasted me all the time, but now I'm finding games that I cannot play at a reasonable framerate with the graphics cranked up. I don't like having to run at a lower resolution or with lowered details. Winning this would solve all of that! Game on!
I think this would be a great upgrade from a GTX260 core 216. Plus, I've only ever had one ATI/AMD-based card in the past, so it would be cool to see how it performs.
I'd love a new video card from Galaxy. With it, I'd play new games, record/watch HD content, and enjoy smooth graphics. Plus, it would be fun to use multiple monitors.
Hi all! My Logitech G5 SE (blue) has served me well for the last several years. I love having the two thumb buttons. That has made a large difference in games as well as every day use like web surfing. I noticed the braided cord is starting to fray. The mouse felt a bit sluggish lately, so...
