    Yes I tried different monitors I have 4 at my house all with the same issue. Actually gigabyte includes a little speaker dongle with a lot of their motherboards so that's what I was referring to, and I haven't seen a lot of modern cases that still include the internal speaker.

    Yeah that's kinda what I figured the only problem is I don't have another PSU handy unfortunately. EDIT: New development I just hooked the PSU up to my Q9550 w/ 285GTX SLI and it powered everything up just fine.
