Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
using latest drivers. tried all the different ports on the card, still the same. changing freqencies doesnt seem to make any difference either. tried the preset thing etc. the only thing I havn't tried, is dumping my bios, editing the clocks , then reflashing it. Can't try that yet either...
I know this issue has been discussed on this forum in the past, but none of the solutions discussed seems to make any difference to my issue.
Just bought this card and notice a strange flicker whenever there is flash based content on the screen. It's random when it happens, but when it does...
yeah, I have a faily recent bios on mine, I may need to take a look at a newer one, if thats the case though.
On another note, you can get 3.15ghz stable on 1.25v which i believe is lower than the stock volts. Might wanna give that a try :)
I personally have an E6300 too, so I know for a fact you cant increase the multiplier above 7. Unless theres a mod of some sort?
My highest stable OC is 3.15ghz (7x450) any higher than that and things become unstable in windows. Thats with a 965P S3 motherboard and 2gig of Geil DDR800 memory
