Thanks for all the input guys,I have a few things to consider before I start this project but when I do,i'll post a log of what i'm doing in the casemod forums along with pics if possable.
I'm not sure what maxtor had told me to change in the bios and when i contacted them again we just went round and round with no luck,(even tho i told them about what they did the first time)
Ok i disconnected the harddrives ribbin and power cable and the computer started up and the bios didn't see a harddrive and then it said i needed to insert a bootable disk,but the computer stayed on and just sat there.
I want to build my own computer case and wanted to make it all clear,like maybe plexiglass.Is there anything I need to know about when it comes to putting all the hardware in,are all motherboards about the same size? and what do all of you think about plexiglass,or another kind of clear materal?
