GREAT! Thanks for the info guys! I finally got around to installing the monitor driver that came on the cd and "wow", what a difference it made. I was previously using the plug-n-play Vista drivers and was about to take the monitor back to BB due to serious reflective ghosting in the first 2...
I can certainly vouch for that! The terrible viewing angle has me on the brink of taking this sucker back....... BUT, what will I replace it with??? I have the Samsung T240.
Thanks, worked a champ!
Here's my info:
Scaler-MCU: MStar
Version: M-TW24HOCAA-1004.2
Checksum: 54F0
Can you tell me which panel I have..... this is totally Greek to me!
Thanks in advance!
Hmmm, I just got the Samsung TOC T240 yesterday at BB and may have to take it back. So far I've only played two games on it; COD WAW and Far Cry 2.
With COD WAW I'm having terrible "afterglow ghosting" anywhere there's suppose to be reflection, i.e. while riding in the landing craft...
The score is gonna be affected greatly by what your GPU is. I get close to that score (actually around 11,800) with a stock E8500 and stock settings of my 8800 GT OC 660/950. But when I jack my GPU up to 750/1026 my score increased to 13,000. If you can list your system specs it would...
So far I've only run stably at 3.42 GHz while gaming and running 3DMark06. I've actually run Vista at 3.51 GHz but things will lock up while trying to get through the benchmark. Wish it would do more but memory may be holding me back. CoreTemp is reaching 55 Celcius; is this okay? Of'course...
Figured the voltage tweaking out.... I've had things stable at 3.42 GHz and played COD4 for hours and several sessions of 3DMark06. Ramped it up another notch to 3.51 GHz and it gamed fine but locked up in 3DMark06 at the end. CPU temp got up to 55 Celcius via CoreTemp and I had the voltage...
Hello all. I need some input on a new m/b with the following features:
1) for the new Core2Duo E8400 Wolfdale (45nm)
2) RAID capable
3) eSata (x2)
4 2xPCIe 2.0 SLI (for additional future 8800 GT)
Overclocking is not a priority, maybe decent for future testing/tweaking etc.
LOOKING...
