Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hello good people! I'm doing my research to upgrade my Sandy Bridge to a X99A-II with a i7-6850K. I'm kinda stuck on what memory to get. Some previous thread here recommends 2400 and some 3200. And then there are statements where 3200MHz/8GBx4 can't be used. I'm lost. I don't need a ton of...
Hey folks,
I've been out of the gaming world for a while as you can see with my current GTX 260 card. I'm looking to upgrade with a budget of about $250 but no more than $300. I run multiple monitors for photo editing but not necessary needed for gaming. I typically games in 1920 x 1200...
I am learning the hard way with my 4th set of memory on the 680i. Team Xtreem - Dead after 6mo. Second set of Team Xtreem - Dead after 5 mo. Third set with Ballistix and dead after 4 month. Now with another set of Team Xtreem and shopping for a new MB. I've only got a 3-4 month left before...
Thanks for all the recommendations. I've noticed some are Crossfire approved. Does that mean NVidia cards won't work on these boards? Not SLI but single.
The last time I was in the market for a MB was when 680i was first released. I want to replace this POS. eVGA will not RMA the board since I didn't register (my own stupidity). The board still works but I have gone thry 3 sets of memory on this MB, each lasting about 6 month (No memory OC)...
I've had the 64bit version ever since the initial release and have gone back to XP32 for my main rig. Now that I am building another HTPC, why not use the key I have for an Ultimate 32?
Thanks for the responses. I'll give it a try.
I have Vista Ultimate 64bit OEM that I never registered. I have access to Ultimate 32bit disc and was wondering if I could register/activate Vista with the 64bit key?
