Hot deal for a solid GPU at Microcenter. Can only get in person. RX 9070 GPU MSRP is $549, same as the newly announced RX 9700 GRE.
This is a stock GPU, stock clocks, no OC.

Your card must have different RAM, mine peaks around 60-65c with roughly 45-50% fan speed. Mine doesn't get the easy life, if it isn't gaming, it is Folding@Home!
You are "overclocking" in a sense in that the GPU tries to boost higher with more thermal headroom and lower voltage. I played around with mine and found the frequency slider seemed to do nothing, but undervolting to -100 (even -120 though that seems unstable in some games) increased framerate...
Not as good a deal as yesterday's Lightning deal on RX 9070 XT, this still is a good deal for a powerful card that beats the pants off of the RTX 5070 that are typically $50 or more higher.
RX 9700 MSRP is $550. Deal is dead, card back up to $699...
Lightning sale limited time (94% claimed as of 3:30pm ET)
Affirm pay in 4 (pay every 2 weeks for 8 weeks) interest free option is available for cash strapped folks...
So, how was this not a hot deal when the cheapest RX 9070 now is a card with a worse cooler for $630 and everything else besides open box is $700 or higher?
