What about the Corsair Builder Series CX750W ? Is this one better than the Seasonic M12II-650?

Does it come with 2x 8pin / 6+2 pin cables? I had much trouble finding a 8pin cable that would work with the video card, i asked in all stores nearby / ebay etc. and nobody had the cable i need. Just want to make sure.
