It depends on how high you want to overclock. I can get to 2.3 stable at stock voltages. From there to 2.5ghz, I am fine at 1.45v (stock for my 3000+ is 1.4v). If I go above 2.5ghz I need 1.5v, and at my highest clock of 2.7ghz, I need 1.6v to get stable. I prefer the bios myself too...

Raising voltage on your RAM can help too, though you may not need it if you are running a 5:4 divider.

Digital vibrance brightens the colors and makes blue bluer and red reder so forth and so on. I usually run mine on low, but I don't have quams with the default. It will not affect game performance, so give it a whirl.
