I tried eveything. all the above mentioned stuff. but still no redemption. the funny thing is, it used to work before. i dont recall making any changes to the IE settings. I do not know why online videos wont play anymore. anyways thanks for the replies.

while trying to view video in internet explorer on my administrative user account it works fine. But in a non-administrative user account, I am unable to play the video. comes back with a message saying" Install flash player". any ideas? Sriram
