Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Okay, so in Web Access I deleted all the drafts. Then went back into Outlook and successfully saved and can view the drafts however it does not show saved templates. I'm ready to unistall office 2007 and install 2010.....
I have a user that has a number indication beside the drafts folder (Drafts (8)) . Click on the folder and it's empty. I can save a draft and the number will change but nothing is in the folder. If I log into her account through Web Access, it looks fine and I can view the drafts. It has to be a...
Your right. My bad. She has the correct VPN Client installed. I brought her laptop home with me and I connected without a problem. I suspect an IP conflict or crappy router.
Thanks for the help!
She is running a horrible (my opinion only) antivirus called Vipre Enterprise. I have many VPN clients running in tandem with Vipre with no issue's. I'm pretty sure it let me install a 64 bit version on her 32 bit machine. I'll verify this for sure this coming week.
Windows 7 32 bit.
I have a user that launches Cisco VPN client and it looks like it is trying to connect, however she never receives the prompt for credentials. The vpn client screen pops up but no credential prompt, it just sits at "trying to connect". I have confirmed she is connected to the...
CEpeep - I want to remotely support an ipad user. Log in to there ipad, change settings, show the user how to connect to systems, show them how to connect to our VPN, see the errors they are seeing while connecting, see the errors they say they are getting but never happen for me, that sort of...
Wow, thanks for the suggestions. I'm supporting 250 users and I'm trying to replace a lot of legacy equipment (windows 2000, office 2000) yes you heard me correctly. However I would say 85% of our machines are the types that I posted and are using XP. The HP machines are Windows 7 (5%). It...
There are times when a PC needs to be formatted and a fresh OS install is in order. Then drivers, software installed, RAM upgrade, and then re-deploy to the user. This could be because of a virus or the user simply needs a memory or hard drive upgrade. I like to always keep a PC on deck for...
I'm new to this forum so nice to meet everyone.
I have a question. I'm going to start using Clonezilla at work, however I support different types of PC's. Example: Dell Latitude Laptops, Dell Optiplex 745's, Dell Optiplex 320's, HP laptops.
I'm going to need an image for each type of...
