Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thank you for the answers, now I have an idea about the meaning of different models.
steiNetti - I agree that in Eastern Europe the availability is scarce, not just for this TV/monitor, but for other components/devices too. Also, the price is usually higher...
Does anyone know the difference(s) between the models in Europe? I noticed that price varies significantly in my country.

48CX8LB
~1734 Euro
48CX8LC

I game from time to time, but I intend to use monitor mostly for programming, browsing (text related activities). I'm not sure if the fonts look the same on all VA panels like are on Samsung c24fg70, but from this POV the VA panels are a no go for me. I read a few reviews of the Samsung monitors...
I know is a bit late, but I was in the same situation as you and end up with Dell P2416D: 2560x1440, 24 inch, works at 70Hz. I know is 16:9 and not 16:10, but there are a lot more pixels than 1920x1200.
What do you recommend between Iiyama XB2783HSU-B1 and XB2472HSUC-B1?
How sharp is the text compared with the same resolution on IPS? I've seen Samsung c24fg70 recently and the fonts look horrendous. The color shifting was obvious compared to IPS, no wonder why they did the panels curved.

According to tftcentral.co.uk Samsung will release something similar to A-TW polarizer:
LTM240CL07 panel. This is a 24" PLS (IPS-type) technology module, with 1920 x 1200 resolution. This particular panel has a wide gamut Adobe RGB colour space coverage, and Samsung also list it with a...
