I have a Supermicro X9DRL-7F mobo which I want to set up in RAID 0 using 2 Silicone Power Ace A55 SSD Sata III drives. When I go into the BIOS to set them up it says they are non-raid disks.

Is there any way to convert them to RAID disks?

Thanks,

I cant say that ive ever used this board before, but usually you just turn the SATA mode to RAID in the BIOS, reboot, and press CTRL + whatever it says to enter the RAID utility (maybe J or I). Is this board supposed to configure the array from within BIOS?

Yes, it is configured from within the BIOS. I did all the things you mentioned. When I go to the BIOS SATA configuration I see the drives but they are coded non-raid drives.

Usually you go into the raid utility, create a raid and assign disks following the on screen guide, they wont be coded raid drives until you assign them to a raid.
