Yes, I know that I will have to talk to the Steam folks, but I'm hoping for help here first.

After reinstalling Win 10 H I reinstalled Steam. My password was accepted just fine, but only 4 games were available to download. I've bought many games over the years from Steam, yes Steam directly. They are just not there.

Help?

Well, that is strange how about you install a steam guard on your phone and check if you can see your library? If games are there you can reinstall Steam on your computer and check again.

I had this happen a few years ago, too. At some point I had an alternate Steam account that used my e-mail address as my login rather than a login name. It seemed to have been tied to physical CD's of Half-Life and Opposing Force I bought way, way, way back when. It had nothing but a whole bunch of Half-Life games and spinoffs tied to it. I have like 40 gift copies of all of those so I eventually just had Steam shut it down.

DF-1, when it happened to you did you feel silly? I was just confused as hell.

Well, sometimes these kind of things require a step back, maybe a walk outside, then coming back and looking at the problem at a different angle. Also, sometimes a friends advice can be very helpful.
