1155 heat sink capable of taming a 2600k better than the only aluminum stock one usually supplied with low end i3's. yeah, it's all I had unfortunately and without the good copper core it gets warm.

This is what I did. Took one of my older 775 hsf with the copper core and used screws and bolts onto my 1155 board and i5-2400. Haven't had a problem yet.
 
I would if I had any parts left, lol. Cleaned house and unloaded everything I had to the goodwill.
 
Let me check Monday to see what I have with the copper core.

edit: would anyone have the Zalman 1155 adapter? Zm-cs5a or 5b

Would the stock i5 2500 heatsink do much better? I have a couple of those laying around
 
Anyone have a note 7 link or receipt they are not going to use? I wanted to wait it out to upgrade to note 7 and it was too late. Now Im trying to get the note 8 but I have no email discount! Pm me! I can send a 5 dollar amazon gc
 
I have a couple of 775 boards, but they're older. One is a Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2C and the other is an Intel Desktop Board DQ965GF. Both of these boards have been sitting awhile, so I'll need to test them if there's any interest.

DQ965GF board gone.

GA-945GCM-S2C board gone.

If you are still looking for this. I have a couple of older games for xbox 360 that I can send to you for the cost of shipping. So far, I can only find Call of Duty MW3 and Madden 12. I have a disc cover for NCAA football 13 but can't seem to find the CD for it. I'll do a more thorough search later if you are interested in the first 2 games.

would anyone have a HP 6200 pro sff series power supply as the one shown below? just found a 6200 sff in the local thrift store but it wont come on. don't know if its the board or the psu. Also if anyone wants the whole thing, just pay the mailing costs. it has a 1155 btx style mobo with a G870 with sort of small tower heatpipe heatsink. no memory.

Do fans turn when you press power?
 
I have a stick of DDR2-667 1GB Sodimm if anyone wants it. Just pay for shipping, which should be like $1.50 to eastern half of US and $2 to west. PM if you want it.
 
Anyone want a fitbit hr? Comes with a charging cable.
I got it for free so I wore it with little regard and the damn thing has held up fairly well. That said, it has a couple missing lines in the text, and the battery only lasts a couple days between charging. It is also missing the little loop that holds the extra band down. (i was using a zip tie, but im sure something more appropriate can be found somewhere for cheap.)
This thing took dunks into saltwater, water skiing, gasoline etc...

try unplugging the CPU's power cable and try again. Ive been running into allot of dead short mosfets in 1150/55 prefab computers with poor cooling.
if im right, the fans will turn but it wont boot.

its a no go on that psu. I inplugged all three cables and still nothing.

I was way ahead of u on that. Yep no budging/leaking caps but one of the large mosfets or whatever with the yellow looking paper stuff on the inside wrapped around a coil is a lot loose than the other one. I'll can show pics if u needed to see what I'm talking bout.

did you pull all the cables or tried of just the one that directly powers the processor? (the 4 pin plug near ram if Im looking at the right model photos)

Yep don't transformers usually be tight on the inside instead of loose wrappings?
 
not always. also You should only unplug only the 12v wire to the CPU, if you unplug all of them button wont do anything :p can you see a classic style fuse anywhere inside supply?

Did you find what you needed? I have a Board, CPU and ram that I bought and didn't use.

Core2Duo E8200
Intel DQ45EK Mini ITX motherboard
2GB DDR2 800Mhz

If that would work.

I believe I got the board and CPU from DPOSCORP

ok I'm done with fooling around with this hp 6200 pro. its either the board or psu but leaning more to the psu. anyone who wants can have it for the cost of mailing. its a 1155 btx mobo in case w/ a G870 chip. no memory. everything on it is proprietary.

Well if you are willing to part it, if that other guy does not wan the CPU, ill take the CPU :p
