If you scroll down to the marketplace sellers, there are several copies going for about $5.
It got some decent praise but I never got around to it myself so can't say how good it is, maybe someone else can weigh in.

I don't know that site (doesn't mean its bad). I bought FO4 from cdkeys for $40 and its ok (added to a month ago). They have Wolfy for 14 and change. I have the game but after a couple sessions I'm not feeling it and might delete it to get 40GB back on disk.

For what it's worth, I've bought at least a dozen games there in the last few months without incident. I've heard that in the case there is problems they are really good about compensating the buyer as well.
