Refurbished Unlocked GSM Note 4 - $480 shipped! Grab it before it's gone.

Might be worth mentioning to people which carriers this will work on.

To be honest. I'd prefer manufacturer refurbished instead of buying it used for Craigslist. Lately on my local CL it's been sketchy.

I'm fine with refurb ipad/imac since Apple is known to change the casing, but samsung refurb? Hmm..

It is a GSM phone, people should know what carriers a GSM device should work on.

Keep in mind this is an AT&T device, so if you dislike all the bullshit they do and add to their phones, don't pick this one up.

Also note, AT&T's Samsung phones have locked bootloaders and last time I checked no unlock has been successful. If you're buying this phone to mod, don't.

On the other hand, since this is a manufacturer refurb and unlocked, maybe the bootloader has been unlocked too? I doubt it, but I guess it's possible.

Carrier unlocked yes, bootloader never.

This is true...I've been checking the XDA forums and it's a ghost town on AT&T custom dev subforums.

How recently did that happen? I have a galaxy s3 for att and from what I have read, the bootloader comes unlocked on the phone.

just letting you guys know
this device would work on T-Mobile LTE network

S5 and Note 4 are locked. If I remember correctly no other carrier's S5 and Note 4 are locked in such a way you can't unlock it. I'm not sure where to place the blame on this one since AT&T has other phones (Nexus 6 for example) with unlockable bootloaders.

Either way, when I buy again, it will not be an AT&T branded Samsung phone. The entire reason I buy Android is to flash ROMs. If I can't flash the crappy stock software away, I may as well have bought Apple.
