That's not how the law works:He should be charged with trespassing. Nothing more, nothing less. That was easy.
Love your logic. The Nazi's had socialist in their name so all socialists are genocidal mass murderers.History has demonstrated that Christians are willing to mame and murder in the name of their religion. It just so happens that our society evolved to a point to stop this. The question is if Christianity in the USA evolved with it. I think so. I also think if you gave the WBC a free "purge" night they would be more than willing to kill anyone they disagreed with. The fear of consequences is still the only limiting factor for many religious extremists. You can get away with a beheading here and there in Iraq. Not so much in America.
About your last paragraph, what if the kid was shown on my security camera while I wasn't home to be touching property on my lawn. Let's say it's around X-mas and the person (kid or adult) was messing around w/ my X-mas lawn decorations, but didn't break anything. That's not how the law works:
1) You have to be notified by some means to leave the property since it wasn't indoors, he was not.
2) Property owner would have to raise the complaint, they did not.
No grounds. Otherwise, if some kid walking by your house were to step on your front lawn, you could charge him with trespassing, which wouldn't even work on an adult yet alone a minor (kid is 14).

Are you a Christian? I dont expect a straight answer from you, but it's worth a shot.
Nope. I'm an atheist. Now what?
I was just wondering since you seemed to be defending attacks on Christianity and wanted to make sure there was no inherit bias preventing you from making objective observations.
Btw you missed my point entirely. Radical Islam is only radical because radicalism is tolerated in that area of the world right now. Christianity was WORSE back in their murderous heydey.
Are you an atheist? I'm just wondering because I want to make sure there's no inherent bias preventing you from making objective criticisms.
It is the year 2014. Come back from the past, Marty McFry.
Have I made any subjective criticisms? You seemed to take offense to relating religion with fairy tales. How would you describe it? Mythology? Superstition?
Uh yeah, and you used Bill Maher to make some kind of point about how Christianity is not an extreme religion, to which I said only happened due to sheer dumb luck.
Theology, which is what it is. Your inability to recognize that fact is an example of a biased, subjective criticism. I've pointed this out in past but you don't like it.
I don't know how to respond to staggering historical ignorance. I could throw out the terms Reformation, Martin Luther, and John Calvin, and were we in person, your eyes would glaze over.
Thats not an analogy, that is a definition. Sometimes we use contrast and comparison to put things in to context.
I think you have lost track of the subject here.
And sometimes we use contrast and comparison in order to deride, which is what you have been doing, and you now are retreating from that position. Intellectual cowardice is boring.
I think you are trying to change the subject after having been called out on such an ignorant statement like "Christianity isn't as bad as Islam is right now because of sheer dumb luck".
By "sheer dumb luck" I mean prospering in an area other than the desert.
...wow. lol.
