Glossy plus IPS glow are hard to get used to but I have. After adjusting the glow is a bit more tolerable.
I have the 2340M version and despite the trade offs I am pretty happy with it. I think a good bang for the buck buy.
 
Ah sure, should be a nice "upgrade" over my 2220whatever that I hate. Needed a monitor anyway so I can hand my current one down to my wife. Ordered one, plus two of the Rosewill N600PCE pcie wifi cards that are on sale for $20 too (and a DVDRW since my wife insists on one in her machine).
