Simultaneous sound through PC and TV(HDMI)

[kokujin]

Is it possible to have the same audio play through my PC and my HDMI cord to my TV at the same time?

You would need some sort of software that sends the audio to two "sound cards"

Is there a hardware solution?

Bit confused on what you are trying to achieve. What do you mean "through" PC (do you mean from PC mini jack?) and HDMi (from PC?). Please elaborate.
