right after their Hopper story.Dish rated worst company to work for
I want a dvr by comcast that can record more than 2 shows at once.
Well played. But, for me, CNET's reputation and credibility is ruined. They say not to buy something, I wonder if their motives are financial or if the product is truly flawed.
Go Tivo with Cable Cards. They have a 4 tuner unit.
I have a 2 tuner unit and a 4 tuner unit. I don't miss nuttin'
You really can't beat a Tivo for your DVR needs. It's user friendly, reliable and has a great interface. Too bad they're struggling and falling behind. Great devices.

Im still surprised that Dish seems surprised that national networks arent happy that people skip all their revenue generating ads. Wait until the big networks come up for negotiations again and see just how much Dish Network is laughing then.
DirectTV or Dish is constantly in a pissing contest with one channel or another, and thus I'll never go back to satellite.
They need each other , Dish has a huge user base. So the negotiations will likely go as they usually do.
However it'll be interesting to see the out come of the Hopper lawsuit. If CBS wins then it could be a major hit to DVR's in general. The worst case is possibly not being able to fast forward at all possibly during flagged TV shows that you record because of that lawsuits out come.
That would be fucking retarded.
There is a reason for that. They aren't willing to take it in the rear from the content providers who constantly raise their prices and try to rape the providers by bundling shit channels in to their contracts
