What's the difference? As far as I can tell the Gamer might not have EAX. Does it really matter? I game mostly, currently TF2, F1 2010 and BFBC2 right now.

Thanks.

here is one caution about the gamer. the microphone sucks on it. i have to have mic boost on and the volume turned all the way up for anyone to be able to hear my voice. i just recently ordered the xonar dg since all i really use are my headphones. everything else worked well with the xtreem gamer but the terrible mic quality killed it for me. how can i play games if my friends cant hear me .

Both have EAX.

The Titanium has X-RAM, the gamer does not.

If you want a good PCI x-fi card, but don't need the X-RAM.... maybe 2 games ever used it... get an Xtreme Music. They can be had for $30 off of Ebay.

If you want PCI-E, then get a PCI-E Titanium..

And whatever you do, don't get an Xtreme Audio as it doesn't have hardware acceleration.

Why is Xtreme Music the best?

i would say because xtreme audio doesn't have hardware acceleration and the xtreme gamer has terrible mic preformance
