They sort of used to have such a thing, actually. I'm blanking on the name, but Microsoft did in fact release a racing game that was more urban driving simulator than it was a racing sim. This was years ago though.

Rainbow six 4 (I enjoyed Vegas but I want a game that goes back to its roots with the strategy planning, and less buggy)

A modern version of Street rod with today's graphics and physics.
Wouldn't mind like someone posted a new Mechwarrior game.
Some newer maxis-like oldstyle games like Theme hospital (There is a sort of a remake but supposedly not a good one), sim farm, sim tower, ect.
A GTA where you can go anywhere and do anything with no limits. As in go in any buildings, can go to anything you can see, ect.
I would also love to see an updated modern version of Sea Rogue. (An old discovery/exploration sim)
A big one i'd like to see is a remake of Harpoon.
Not sure if any remember it, but a remake of Neuromancer would be interesting.
Also maybe a Remade X-com that goes back to the original playstyle but updated to modern standards.
 
If we're going to be serious, I nominate Darklands 2. Darklands was some of the most fun I've ever had with an open-world RPG, and it shipped on 5-1/4" floppies!
 
Wow. How about a proper turn based RPG?? you know, with an interesting story and stuff... A real grinder, with tons of stats and choices, please dog, please let this happen.
 
A Bioware made sequel to SW: KOTOR thats not just an MMoRP, "WoW" killer that will probably fall through.

Also, I'd love to see a Dreamfall sequel; a full game, not the stupid episodic version rumored. I can't stand what Valve has done with their Half-Life 2 episodes.
