Post your black friday buys.

My girlfriend was picked for the invite, so I had to buy it :D

I have the 7MP version of that camera. Got it last summer for $180. That is one of the best cameras for the price ever. It's amazing.
Yea, I did a lot of research and this was the best for the money by far. :D

yea, its not a DSLR, but its right below that level.

I like the wide angle 16:9 pictures, 848x720 video recording, 10.1mp, face detection (up to 15 faces), allows users to lock focus on a moving subject making it easier for photographers at any level to shoot sharp, well-focused photos, even when the subject is moving.

I am a beginner so I didn't want anything too advanced or expensive to start out with.
Very good deal though. They are still $399.99 from Panasonic's website.

I jumped on a early week deal.
Mine shipped out on Tuesday and it has been sitting at my local UPS HQ since Wednesday. They are not back open until Monday, so it sits there for 5 days when it could be in my hands. Damn thanksgiving. ;)

Purchased two EVGA GTX 280 SSC with 30% cashback. Total came out to be $550 including shipping. Saved approximately $237.

Bought one yesterday and just bought the other one on ebay. I was going to buy only one, but couldn't pass on the 30%. Who knows when it will be 30% again.

Once I bench these two monsters in SLI, I will sell my 4870x2 if the results are on par with my expectations.

Lowes = 2gal. air-compressor w/ 2 nail guns for $60. Also, 2 poinsetias for .99 cents each.
Home Depot = Black & Decker storage cabinent for $40 (normally $95).

Newegg = Trendnet Draft-N 300MB wireless router for $40, free ship.

Wal-Mart = Monopoly board game (you know... with dice and not loaded on a PC) :p for $10. Not really a black friday sale as that's the normal price, but I did get it today.

I bought ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on black friday! I'm pretty happy with that too, didn't waste any cash on shit I really don't need :)

a big goose egg
was not going to battle huge crowds in stores and didnt see any offers online that I really liked

Did all my shopping online :)

List of stuff I bought:

Logitech VX Revolution - $1.99 AR/AC
Canon MP470 Multifunction Printer - Free After Rebate
Etymotic ER6i Earphones - $49.99
TDK 52X 100 Pack CD-Rs - $9.99
Linksys DMA2100 Media Center Extender - $21 AR

Very happy with my purchases! This was a great black friday! :)

Just a $19.99 350VA APC UPS from Staples. There was seriously no line at the store, at 10:30AM. Probably the least stressful BF experience I've ever had (daresay it felt like a normal day there).

OTOH, I strolled into MC @ Rockville, only the end up turning around laughing at myself for even considering the idea. They absolutely FAILED at multi-threading their cash registers. Line was from entrance to the back (BYO section). Anyone who's been the Rockville knows how huge the store is, so LOL to anyone hoping to go in and get out in a timely fashion.

Damn, that far back? That place is freaking huge! I didn't see any deals from there that would make me want to wait in that line.

77$ - Gears of War 2 /w 50$ Amazon video game certificate

Thats all. $172 total. Really wanted a Samsung ToC 52" 65 or higher series. No sales on the really good LCDs that I saw, only low end models and I already have a 47" low end LCD. (Last BF $1137 shipped)

No L4D or Dead Space deals gotten by me :(

Harbor Freight wirefeed welder. 99.99 (normally 149.99)

They didn't have any out on the floor, but they had a different welder with the same specs, same brand, for 119.99. I got an employee to get me the 99.99 one from the back of the store. He said they had 6 left. I wonder how many people couldn't find the cheaper one and just payed the extra 20 or went home empty handed.
