I am building a TRI-SLI rig with three of these (Palit 280 with Danger Den nickle-plated Tieton block including back plate):



And a customized one of these (Danger Den case):


I plan to use two Feser 480 rads and one Feser 360 rad in three loops most likely.

***Since I am the OP I assume I can determine what is on-topic????
 
Lol, I think Bill was just being a bit proactive with his new moderating job... I agree that, 7-8 posts about a completely different subject in someone else's thread is far from on topic, but as the OP I think you have full rights to decide what's on topic aha.

PS: DB, How do you get to play with awesome hardware like this... I've heard you're affiliated with intel. What'd you do to get to that stage?!

never mind. Just realized this was just a chrome overlay and D5 holder. No actual top replacement involved. I believe there are a couple of vendors doing top replacements for the D5 now.

yeah, kind of pointless for a pump mod and it doesn't even look good. makes the d5 look tacky with the chrome plating imo.

It's not racism Darth, it's the racer mentality that more bling, (i.e. Wings, stickers, oversized tach's, things of that nature) on your car, the faster and badder (is that a word?) you are. So when he is saying ricer, it is not actually intended as towards a race, as much as it is towards a 16yo kid that thinks having a 75lb wing on the back of his front wheel drive neon will make it perform better.

Oh . . .lol. I am 41 so probably a little old to get the meaning. No prob. I now get the gist (LOL at imports with all bling and no zing) . . .

Sorry I got offended . . .signs of getting old.

Bitspower is a Taiwan company and I asked them to come to this post . . .good to clarify that.
 
lol its okay darth right when i read that you said i was racist I was like wtf, but roary pretty much explained it. Its when you drive down the road and you see a honda civic, it sounds like its going 100+ miles an hour but is only going 10mph thats what you call a ricer. Seeing those people with stickers that make their car look slick with cheap plastic body kits and stupid looking wings that don't add down force but just add weight are ricers.
 
I'm confused. I thought the barbs on the D5 weren't replaceable but according to the first image the pump housing, which is labeled "not included," appears to be sans barbs. Is this going to be another BP item? Someone enlighten me please. :confused:

Noticed two things with the Feser when upgrading from an MCR220: 3c drop and noise level drop even with the same fans. May have something to do with the fin spacing, but the Feser Xchanger is a lot more receptive of my Yate fans.
