Show Your LCD(s) setups!!!

nice i have that same hanspree works like a champ nice setup .

Thanks, yeah it seems to have really good greyscaling. I can adjust the brightness much lower during calibration then two of the dell's I have here as well as a nec and a soyo and not loose the grey levels.

I forgot to include the westy's new home on the other wall:

Can you use it with windows, no problem ? The apple function key assumes the windows key function ?

Because i really like that keyboard and was thinking about buying one.

Yes it works well under Windows, I used one for about five months and enjoyed it. I know there are drivers, maybe, but you can even get the extra functions in the keyboard to work I think.

hey new here and here is my set up it will be changing soon. and yes it is a mess, all i can say is that you all have some cool TOYS :)

Ok, I've been coming here for a while and never posted until now. Here is my setup:

Main work setup is two viewsonic vg2021m monitors.

To my left I have my HP nw8240 notebook.

And all the way to my right, I've got a lonely dell 19" monitor hooked up to a server.

Really neat and clean setup.

What's on your window? I mean, howz it displaying completely white background and no enviorment at all? Do you have some covering over the frame?

uggh, how you can use a desk that you can't put your legs under. seriously bad ergonomics.

^probably just a bad pic/glare/sky

**btw, get this years calendar :D

That's most likely due to the exposure. The camera adjusted to the amount of light inside the room, which makes brighter light sources look very bright.

College Setup 2.0-
This one goes out to all the people who spend more time at their desk working than time at their desk making it look pretty!

Hi guys, I found this thread a few weeks ago. It took forever to get through the whole thing. :) I am really happy to see I'm not the only guy out there with Ergotron gear!

My main workstation is a 8 core Mac Pro w/ 12 GB of RAM and there's a Linux box that I use for a 2nd workstation backing it--dual core 2.66 Xeon w/ 8 GB of RAM. No video on the Linux box; serial console only. Some test gear in the closet and so on, but since this is the Displays forum: The Mac Pro has 4x20" in portrait mode, 1x30", and then a 6th monitor which is an older ViewSonic VP191b (19"). On the left is a 24" iMac w/ a 2nd 24" monitor. 15" MacBook Pro in the middle. Some 17" LCDs in a closet.

Hopefully the wide image is OK; didn't see a thumbnail tag...

Here's more shots of my office (with the lights on):

Hope to see more hardcore set-ups. One of the things I liked about this forum was the very small number of "u 4 a loser" posts after people posted awesome rigs (which I've seen a lot of elsewhere).

Very nice office! I always enjoy seeing homebrew offices. If you don't mind me asking, what type of dev work are you doing?

*UPDATE*
Just got a new Sharp LC-37D64U 37"
I was also looking at the LG Scarlet, but I wasn't crazy about its styling. So I went with the lesser featured Sharp. Still quite happy with it though!
