Antec 850 or Coolermaster 750

Personal preference would be the CM. Lately I've felt that Antec has become more and more overrated; their 850 and 1000W models both had problems with the 8800GTX, and then the "fixed" version didn't play nice with G92.

Take your pick. If that CM is a similar Enhance built as the 1000W unit reviewed at jG.

I didnt know about any issues with the 850 and G92. That would be a deal breaker so I'll look into it. Thanks for the heads up!

BTW this may be my 1st purchase at compussr ever!

Beware that the Cooler Master PSUs don't play nice with MSI mobos (at least the Real Power series). Other than that I loved my CM 750w.

I'm using an Antec Quattro 850 with an eVga 8800GTS (G92). Steady as a rock. Purchased the 850 when it first came out (stole it from Buy.com for $99 AR)

IIRC the quattro and the real power series are both built by enhance (at least the 750w + 850w ones anyways)

No the 750w Real Power Pro is built by AcBel like I said earlier. The 850w Real Power Pro also appears to be an AcBel.
