Did you patch your PC yesterday? If not, please take a moment or two today to do so. We’ll wait right here for you until you get back. ;)

The December updates released Tuesday include critical fixes for Internet Explorer, DirectX and the Windows Media Format technology. Security experts say that the most important of these updates is the Internet Explorer patch, because it fixes four separate bugs in the browser.

Done, today.
Stil here.

Although there was a problem and I had to reastart.

I am all updated, except the darn service pack 1 for office 2007 on my vista machine keeps failing :(

I updated yesterday. No real problems except, for some odd reason, after I restarted, Aero was completely disabled. Even if I went into the classic "Appearance" menu, none of my Aero themes were even an option.

Needless to say, I had to redo my Experience Index score. After I did that, I restarted, and my Aero features were enabled again.:)

Thats odd, I have Vista and didn't have any trouble with SP1 for Office 2007, nor did Aero disable itself.

All smooth here. What we really need is better GPU drivers. Vista's SP1 does a good job with the OS' performance/issues. Gaming isn't effected though so = problem lies in GPu drivers :p.
