Here's the problem. I'm installing Windows Vista x64 Ultimate edition using a hard drive attached to my Highpoint RocketRAID 2300. The problem is that when I choose 64 bit, and look for the drivers for the RAID adapter, it does not recognize any 64bit drivers for it, but recognizes the 32bit ONLY.
I got the drivers from here:
http://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA/bios_rr2300.htm
So again, it won't recognize the 64bit drivers, but will recognize the 32bit drivers. Of course, upon reboot, I'm greeted with a BSOD, and an endless reboot; you can't use 32bit drivers for a 64bit installation. It's besides me why a 64bit installation recognizes 32bit drivers but not 64bit!
What am I doing wrong?
