Trading issues with pcgaminggeek3

Wow, talk about a prick. I PMed him about the E6600 he had for sale, but he never responded when I asked for his proof of the claimed 3.9ghz so I figured something was up. Sorry for those of you who got scammed.

PayPal dispute was won by me. Not that it matters as no funds can be recovered. Thank god credit card companies actually do something when you win a dispute.

So the dispute did not get you anything?

Problem with PayPal disputes is if the guy has nothing in his account (and nothing in the account attached to it) you get 0 back =(

You do get a lovely email from them though saying "we'll keep trying".

Not applicable any more. Part of the changes instituted as a result of the last class-action lawsuit was that they no longer touch any external funding sources in disputes, choosing rather to bring the paypal account negative and turn it over to collections if it is warranted.

Good news people. At least, something good to mention. This guy is a known scammer and Bakersfield Police is interested in bringing him down. There is a detective assigned to my case and he would like to contact everyone who got ripped off by pcgamingthief. If any of you are interested and feel comfortable doing so, please PM me with your full name and email address (if possible, a valid phone number to be reached at, but not required) and I'll pass this along to the authorities.

Excellent ! ! !

I'd love to see [H] be the team that finally brings this guy a taste of what he deserves ! !

I just spoke with the detective, and I will be sending him all of my information. He seemed pretty into getting me my $ back.

Speaking with the detective, they have had quite a few losses so far this year associated with the physical address that pcgamingthief uses. They would love to bring down pcgamingthief.

As stated previously, I encourage everyone who feels comfortable doing so to send me your contact information. I will add the information to my case and also provide you with the contact information for the detective so that you can email or call him. Let's bring this scumbag down!

I received the following email from [email protected] sent to my paypal email address just a few minutes ago:

"Hey im going to make things right. Im sorry i put you guys through this i will do my damn best to get your money back and others. Please send me a physical address for i can refund you your money with an money order."

Worth responding to?

got the same message.
"hey im going to refund you all with money orders.. Please give me your physical address so i can make things right.."

I ended up responding and I told him to use the address listed on the paypal transaction since he has that already.

I would give it to him.....

What is the worse thing he will do?

Send you something thats not a MO?

Then chalk that one up to a federal crime for using the USPS

Personally, i would not want a 'thief' to have my physical address, makes me wonder what else they are willing to do?

not worth risking imo

That is kinda what I was thinking :) I'm doubtful I'll get any money back, but you never know.

Isn't it a little too late for him to try to make things right. His ass needs to go to jail, fuck that shit, let the police take care of refunding your money. And like other people said, I would not give him any physical address IT'S TIME FOR THIS FUCKER TO LEARN A LESSON IN LIFE.

I like the way nicepun thinks :)

Received the following email from pcgamingwhatever:

I got lazy and slacked with all of you, I always learn the hard way, so im not looking for you to forgive me because i know i slacked on my end. So im going to make things right and correct and stop playing stupid games and wake up. I slacked on shipping even though i have the parts i sold. My brother never shipped them like i asked, but then when i got back home i slacked myself, and i have to learn that that is not what i can do. Im young and i made a stupid ass mistake that gonna eat at me.

I think he's scared that a detective is getting on his ass. I wouldn't give this thief a chance as he already scammed so many people, he needs to learn a lesson. Let the cops deal with his ass and hopefully throw him in jail.

If you're thinking of taking the easy road and trying to get your bones back by dealing directly with a known scammer:

1. You're still naive'
2. You're helping HIM as much as you're helping yourself
3. You're forgetting about the numerous people on each one of a DOZEN forums that this guy has conned out of their hard earned money.
4. You are helping him perpetuate behavior that will cause even more people to be parted from their money in the future.

The answer to the question, "Can you please email me your address so that I can make things right?"..........No way, scumbag. Get what you've got coming.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SHOW ANY COMPASSION TO THIS GUY. Because the minute you do he will scam again. DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR HIM, because he didn't feel sorry taking your money and running away with it. Tic Toc, Tic Toc, your time is running out Punk and it's time you learn the difference between right and scamming people.

He gets no compassion from me. I'm glad so many of you have PM'd me with your contact information. I have given everyone's information to Detective West and we're pressing on. Detective West is VERY interested in this case and we're not stopping now just because pcgamingwhatever is communicating again.

excellent! adios scambag! :D

this guy/kid never learn his lessons before he went through whats the consequences what he have done. Therefore, let the local authorities handle it.

They should revoke his online privileges if he uses it as a tool to rip people off. He obviously hides at home behind his computer ripping people off cause he doesn't even have the balls to rip off little girls for their lunch money at the local elementary. This guy is a failure at everything we all know it.\

Good luck to those who are out some cash. I hope you get your money back and this guy goes in for 5+ years of prison love.

damn it? I didn't get an email and I bought a GTX! That fuckstick....
Anyways, all of you guys keep me updated as this dickhead isn't contacting me at all.

i just got an email from this asshat.

"Hey im going to refund you with a money order.. Im waiting on my check so that i can pay you and everyone else back. You will receieve a money order with your refund no matter what happens. Sorry i had to put you through this crap.."

Funny he didn't ask me for my address or anything..

These are my two replies.....

"Well, I'm not believing anything until I have something in my hand."

"IF I actually receive my refund, I’ll talk to the authorities and the other victims about perhaps giving you some slack, but until I actually have a CLEARED MO, we’ll just have to keep pushing."

EDIT: Sorry about the multiple posts, it completely slippd my mind.

I wonder why you guys got emails and I didnt.

WTF

screw this... I was going to give him a second chance...... But F@#K this, I am going to just keep going along with the police and FBI

he is going down!

d44ve he just emailed me about you.

I understand because i would to the same thing, so im not mad at you guys im mad at myself. People make mistakes and i made a big one. If you can get ahold of d44ve, tell him im trying to email him but he is not recieving my emails.

He's reading this thread folks.

This seems very obvious from the ways that he has been responding over the last few days.

That's what I'm guessing because of the way he immediately emailed me about d44ve after he posted his concerns.
