You did not misread the thread title; it's actually 93 pages! This is reviewing the thing from head to toe, then they jump in its mouth and later emerge from its sphincter. This is the most in depth review of any product I have ever seen. Just one problem, it's in Chinese. But there are tons of pictures and graphs with benchmarks up the wazoo. I think even with the broken english fron the translation its still the best explination of the tesslator and what it can bring to games
 
Damn, did they forget to check out anything? I hate to say it, but for thoroughness I've never seen anything like it. That downloading of the DirectX SDK directly from Microsoft to check out DX10 implementations piece by piece was a stroke of genius I haven't seen at any other hardware site. It kind of guarantees a bit of unquestionable fairness... and damned if it ain't repeatable. Kind of takes the wind out of the whole Lost Planet dingy, don't it?
 
They are chinese, they got more than enough man power to pull this kind of act.
 
funny how their GTS is downclocked.

Just look at the memory speed of GTS. 1200mhz. I thought 1600mhz was the standard for these cards?

I remember seeing in their entire spec comparison that the 8800 GTS was 1600 MHz memory.

That is a HUGE review, unbelievably big. Where's the part about Dx10 implementations? And also tessalation? I'd like to see what Tessalation is all about.

I like the asian girl on page 41 trying to look like the ATI girl... I think. Asians are so cute...

Edit: That IS weird, EVERY benchmark says the GTS is at 1200... ultimate typo?

Edit2: They say the 2900XT is keeping up exactly with the GTS in Stalker... I haven't seen any other benchmarks where it could do that... are they using the newest of the new drivers?

I'm sure someone from that forum will pick up on it and the reviewers will comment on it. Give it a little while, but until things are cleared up, take the benchies with a grain of salt.
 
The shader speed at default on 8800 GTS line is 1200 that's what they are reporting . The Core is 500 the shaders 1200 and the memory is 1600
