Anyone know where to find this mATX mobo? I noticed Gigabyte officially posted it on their website today. I dont know if its out yet or not but I'm looking around the net. Supposedly it uses the new P35 chipset like its bigger ATX brothers that just launched.

Awesome, but you can just send one of those Abits over here.. I'll gladly take it off your hands.

Not available in the US for some time...probably a few weeks.

The thing is not great for you HTPC folks

Goodbye abit , welcome Gigabyte!!
Upcoming test to come!

You lucky Europeans! :D Pvhk, Get that baby installed and run it through its paces and let us know if its a good overclocker or not. Eagerly awaiting your test results. :)

Oh HELL yes! :D Look at all those solid caps. This one looks serious, boys. :)

If he has the PCI-E @ 100MHz and is doing 450MHz, it must have a lock!

pvhk, get back here with some results, please.

The only negative part so far is no 1:1 memory divider.

But here we have 433 MHz FSB

Yeah the 1:1 divider is the only negative I have heard about so far. I'm no expert on this but I assume a BIOS update can fix it, yes?

Shiiit, I just plunged and got the Abit board. Well I hope it runs without a hitch.

I've had years of great stability out of my AMD 939 Gigabyte board. If this holds up well I might return the Abit. ^__^

the retail MB in detail:

Some changes in colors slots & capacitors & usb connectors orientation...
And the pcb is made in taiwan on my retail!
note that a sys_fan has been added.

Argh! Pvhk if there is one thing I can’t stand, it’s when people draw out a review. Get to the overclocking part! ;)

Well I suppose it doesn’t matter, since most of us can’t buy it yet…

I'm sure glad I didn't jump on that Abit F-I90HD.....Looking forward to this board!:D EZ

LEGO VADER!!!

any ways i got high expectations from this board, but on a side note u guys think a zalman 7000b will fit on that mobo, i just got a free used qpack with that zalman hsf and i'm looking to build up a sff rig

I can't for this to be available, I think this is going to be my upgrade from my slowly aging T-force6100-939 mATX board.

I'm guessing it will. Looking at it I figure it'll fit a CNPS 9500 I got planned too. :D

Nice thing about Pvhk is that he does a good review and always provides lots of pics. Nice to see that this comes packaged too. The ABIT comes without anything. Just thrown into the box from what I hear.

Oh great motherboard gods above please let this one be a good overclocker and stable! If you do I'll promise to buy one! :D

Hey Pvhk... Can you tell us what it cost in your part of Europe?

were can i find this board in the EU?? been looking for one and cant seem to find it anywere

Isn't the G33 based on the P35 chipset?

- JT
yes it is!

the question is, is it an f-i90hd killer?
My rig: e6600 + crucial value pc5300 (D9GMH chips) + nvidia TNT PCI +psu asus 350w:

bios settings:
ratio is unlocked downward! :)

pcie can be locked: (remained @100 during all my tests)

fsb@380 ratio 7x set in bios, [email protected], vMCH, vFSB stock, pcie@100:

Yes!!!

assuming that this Gigabyte does not have a tendency to die like the POS Abit and overclocks well, then yes it is the new king. Try 400+ fsb. I know that this board can do more

Awesome, simply awesome. If I wasn't so flat broke, I'd pay the high cost of freight and order one from avitos.com. I've done crazier things in the past.
