Dell 2707 or NEC2690?

I have an order with the lying skeeves at Buy.com for a NEC 2690. When I placed the order more than a week ago, they SWORE several were in their warehouse and could be shipped to me immediately. That turned out to be a lie, and I'm still waiting on backorder status.

I am not a gamer, and my primary use of the display is for photoshop - mainly web output, very little printing.

Should I continue waiting for the NEC2690 (I'm getting very antsy) or go with the Dell 2707?
 
Where are you located Brick? I am trying to figure out if I should relese product to the California warehouse or the illinois warehouse for your order. let me know. thanks
 
I'm located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. If you could get back to me soon I'd appreciate it because my finger is about to hit the cancel button at Buy.com and place an order with Dell.

I sincerely appreciate all of your efforts to help and also that you've been such a great resource for many other people on the forum.

However, in my opinion, Buy.com is a lying, disgusting retailer, and I will not do business with them. Therefore, no need to check up on it.
