Started thinking about this today and it's a fairly interesting subject. So I'm interested in hearing what kind of gamers you guys think you are. Might provoke someone to go find more games based on those answers
What genres do you enjoy most? What does a game HAVE to have for you to enjoy it? (Mainly for singleplayer)
For me, I find that with a couple of exceptions, I can only really enjoy open world games or games that have some element of stealth (ideally both). For example the Assassin's Creed series or Far Cry 3. I feel that it gives the ultimate freedom - not only to go anywhere, but approach any situation in a number of different ways. As soon as I feel like there's a predetermined path that I MUST take, I can't enjoy a game. I also like stuff that rewards exploration and makes you feel like you're actually a part of a living world - like Deus Ex Human Revolution or to some degree Skyrim.
