Zotac or EVGA?

Amazon covered me completely. Gave me three new cards with no extra cost. Before going to Amazon each time I went to EVGA who would only give me a used card each time. Again, a card going defective after a few weeks I can understand... but broken out of the box and they won't send a new card? Maybe that is standard practice, and if it is, why pay extra for EVGA then? Clearly their customer service is average at best. The premium they charge is just not worth it. But if it makes you happy, then go for it. I would rather save $10,$20 or $80 and get another brand. MSI gets my vote.

In the end I got a card that workedl through Amazon. Recently sold it and got an MSI GTX670.

As for the ACX cooler, from what I understand, it cools well but is also rather loud compared to the MSI and Galaxy coolers. Which is really half the reason to go with the better cooler (stock coolers cool just fine; they're just noisy).
MSI is good, I always wonder whats the deal with making just a few ACX cards & not all with ACX setup?...I don't know...I personally don't bother with ACX setup for the moment,
with my EVGA stock fans, EVGA Precision & FT02 (3x) AP180mm sucking cool air @ 1200rpm from the bottom of case I get good gaming for hours with Graphic on Ultra Settings-
Highest Celsius 55c & 80-120 FPS depending on games you play, with AC on Highest Celsius 45c & 90-130 depending on games you play...Not in order just some games I play like Metro 2033, Arkham City Battlefield 3-"4" & Crysis...etc....

Again it all depends on build & room temperature, some people have a competition going on their own mind, to see who has the bigger "D" I mean Rig!...lol...:D
when you game its all about skills, PC parts does not make anyone a better player...as long as you're happy with your Custom Built Gaming Rig & is running great, thats all that matters @ the end...

Trust me I know lots of gaming buddy's the spend $4000-$7000!!! on Gaming Rigs! & they get whipped by a $1000-$2000 Gaming Rigs playing online :p Different Strokes for Different Folks! :D

The twin frozr 4 has a quieter fan profile, once you crank up the fan speed they are audible (anything above 50 in my experience). I have no idea how loud or quiet the fans on the Galaxy HOF are, but galaxy's other custom cooled 780, rates worse than the acx in both noise and cooling.

I'd still personally rank the dc2 cooler over them, without looking back though.

GPU's with ACX cooler blows the heat inside the case VS the regular GPU rear exhaust, so if you have plenty of great airflow in your case then your good to go with GTX 770 ACX,
I would go with the Stock GTX 770 its better constructed like having the Titan, pushes the hot air out of your case & not blowing it back into the case, like I said it depends on your build...Good Luck with your choice

The Galaxy looks nice, the only thing I would say on that review is that the testing was done on an open air test platform, wasn't inside a Basic, Mid or High end inclosed Case.
