ZFS Raid1 vs. RaidZ2

Hello,

I decided to value my data so much that I will use 4 disks and can live with net-capacity of 50%. So 2 disks are free for parity.

Do I use Raid1 or RaidZ2?
 
Tradeoff here. With raid10 two drives dying is a 33% chance both sides of a mirror die. With raidz2 you can lose any two. On the other hand, random read performance is much better with raid10 than raidz2. Which criterion is more important to you?
