Zalman CNPS9900 Max

Is anyone using the Zalman CNPS9900 max and how are you liking it?

Looking to put it on my amd setup and do some overclocking on it.

I'm currently using an AC Freezer 7pro rev2 and find under load even at stock clock it's getting hotter then I'd like to see.
The freezer 7 is only a 145w qmax cooler vs the 9900max rated for 300w qmax.

I'm torn between the Zalman cnps9900 max & AC freezer 13 pro.
Both of those are 300w qmax rated.

I just wish the freezer 13pro had a higher cfm fan.

Just ordered mine today...most reviewers seem to really like it, only silentpcreview blasted it.

I think it should be a fine cooler since this is supposedly an upgrade and Hardocp liked the old version.

Just as an update to this thread.

I purcahsed this heatsink the CNPS9900 MAX and replaced the Freezer 7 Pro Rev2 I had.

Temps dropped >40° believe it or not.

Re-applied Arctic Silver 5 using the pea sized method and man what a difference a proper cooler makes.

The ACF7Pro is a 145w qmax rated cooler.
The 9900Max is a 300w qmax rated cooler and man what a difference it makes lol

I also picked up an H70 to test out later next weekend.
