zalman aclu heatsink question

I run that heatsink on my p4 3.0 and have overclocked it to 3.6GHz with good temps. The heatsink is almost as easy as they get to install. You slide the two support bars under the clips, apply grease, and then screw in two screws. You could probably install it under 5 minutes, being careful. As for ease of install, I would rate it one of the easiest. No hard pushing or clipping.

As for cooling on an AMD, I don't know. I dropped my P4 from 41C down to 35C on average, but I know AMDs run a little hotter.

Check Zalman 's site to see if the 7000A will fit your motherboard. If it does, go get it and enjoy the nice cooling and quietness.

i have a dynatron microfin cooler 5400rpm and was wondering if this would cool any better..
