Zalman 7000a and AMD

on the directions page, it says that the blue clip support should be next to the ZIF lever. what's the point of this? is it ok to switch the clip supports? i ask this because if i do switch them, i wouldn't need to file one of the clip supports for an NF7-s.

There is a reason why there are 2 different clips. This is to provide even pressure. Some people swapped the clips so it is easier when installing the HSF. I left it in its original position and it works fine. I did have to mod the clip.
