Z3740 atom meltdown issue

Have the Acer W4 820 windows 8.1 8 inch tablet with Z3740 Atom baytrail, 2gb ram 64gb ssd. installed the x86 meltdown patch, but Gibson insceptre tool says still vulnerable to meltdown and spectre. Enable button and disable buttons are both ghosted. According to Intel the patch is supposed to fix this chip. Any idea whats going on here?
 
I'm talking only about the software patch not the hardware one. The patch did install just does not appear to be working
