YYY6612.exe is this a virus ?

My daughters new Dell studio running Vista SP1 has been acting up. Found a rake of virus with avg 8 that the pre installed Macfee missed. I blocked this file YYY6612.exe from running. It seems to have got into to Defender and Explorer ( now using FF3 instead). Cant find any refrence to the above file except on a chinese web site which I cant read. Any one know anything about this file.

It looks like a generated filename that a virus uses to avoid being caught by weak antivirus programs.

xxx####, where xxx is a-a,A-Z and it looks as though it chooses one and repeats it 2 times.

It will be hard to figure out which virus that is. You should find out its location and its size, that will help determine which virus it is.
 
Two online scanning websites that use MANY MANY antivirus engines at the same time. This allows you to get the absolute best answer for a file or two. Instead of falling into debates to "scan it with //this//..it's best"...and having someone else say..."No, that AV sucks, install //this// and scan.".....you can upload the file to these sites and have over 20 good antivirus products scan the file.
