Ok, I realize I'm over doing it on the fans/lights, but I have another question.

I am wondering if my PSU is going to with all the BS i'm going to plug in.

Currently I have:

4 80mm Antec Fans (4 pin)
1 80mm Coolmaster (3 pin to mobo)
2 SATA Hard Drives
1 CD Rom
1 Zalman 7000 HSF

I got some deals on ebay, SVC. I will be getting:

1 Antec Slot Fan
2 12" Cathodes (1 - 4 pin connector)
1 80mm UV fan

Will my 350 watt Antec PSU handle that much crap? Rest of info in PC can be found in sig. This PSU has been given good reviews, but am i going to run into chances of blowing it, or is there anything i do to use less watts?

You will need to count how many connector you need for all your accesories. My guess, it will not be enough or just barely enough.

That should be okay. All of those things take probably about 5 A from the +12 volt rail, and maybe 700 mA from the +5 volt rail. What are the amperage capabilities of your power supply under these rails?
